Double double #97

Here we are, back again after another busy week, and what better way to get an insight into our lives than 10 minutes of weekly Q&A with us in the form of a double double!

Two things you’ve done this week?
JK:
I got to travel quite a lot with work this week but not long enough to really explore, and went to a fantastic lecture about exoplanets with our astronomy society.
THB: Explored more of our amazing home city again with Open House weekend, and made the final preparations to head down to the studio next month.

Two things that were great this week?
JK
: Open House weekend was an absolute ball, and we went to hear a sculptor, Maurice Blik give a talk about his work!
THB: Hearing the Sculptor Maurice Blik talk about his sculpture and his life, and of course Open House weekend(with my personal highlights being the Lord Mayor of The City of Westminster’s office and Old Admiralty House On Whitehall).

Two challenges you faced?
JK:
My grandpa being ill and being so tired from work I’ve not managed to do anything else!
THB: My line manager at work is on sick leave currently which has lead to things being a little full on at work, and struggling with confusing feelings of anger and anxiety.

Two things to add to your to-do list next week?
JK:
Write up our Open House experience on the blog and the launch of the amazing Robyn Travis’ next book!
THB: First rehearsal with “A” and finish the book I’ve got on the go at the moment.
