Back again after another busy week, and what better way to get an insight into our lives than 10 minutes of weekly Q&A with us in the form of the double double.
Two things you’ve done this week?
JK: We went Solar observing after watching two shows at the planetarium in Greenwich, and my students got some fantastic A level results!
THB: Saw the unbelievably inspiring, stunning, and fascinating Lee Bul exhibition at the Southbank Centre, and had an amazing time at Rize festival on Friday!
Two things that were great this week?
JK: RiZe festival was great fun, and spending time with my family to celebrate my dad’s big birthday was fab!
THB: Having a private viewing tower to watch Liam Gallagher headline the festival on Friday was INCREDIBLE, and Jess’s Dad’s birthday lunch today was an absolute delight.
Two challenges you faced?
JK: Relentlessly trying to get everything possible done, and not really understanding people that don’t think of anyone except themselves.
THB: People who don’t reply to emails, and shouldering a lot of pressure that is on my Dad at the moment as an attempt to show emotional support.
Two things to add to your to-do list next week?
JK: Get everything finished before September and pack for Reading festival!
THB: Have the first Slowlines band meeting with our new members, and organise the calendar of the band as a whole and the four individual members for the rest of the year!
