Double Double #13

It’s been a busy old week for us at fourthousandweeks HQ, apologies that it’s been slow on the post front. Normal service resumes this week coming though! We’ve still got our Double Double on the go, a little insight into our respective weeks from our conversations with each other!

Two things you’ve done this week?
JK: Caught up with old pals and started planning a big birthday bash!
THB: Had a very productive writing session with my band, it felt brilliant when two new ideas fell out of thin air! I also have learned a lot about managing a band this week.

Two things that were great this week?
JK: I went to a recording of The Infinite Monkey Cage at the BBC, and listening to my friend’s life plan for helping people get a fresh start in life.
THB: The codebreakers exhibition at the Fitzwilliam museum in Cambridge was brilliant! As was seeing the Lumiere light installations all around kings cross and granary square.

Two challenges you faced?
JK: The weather…it is HORRID at the moment! And falling asleep each time I try and read, as my resolution is to read more!
THB: Getting to grips with quite how much work goes into managing a band, and having to step it up a gear at work.

Two things to add to your to-do list next week?
JK: Sort out birthday celebrations and try and go to the cinema!
THB: Making time for music. Smash targets all week at work.
