Here we are, back again after another busy week and bank holiday weekend, and what better way to get an insight into our lives than 10 minutes of weekly Q&A with us in the form of a double double!
Two things you’ve done this week?
JK: Went to Flight Club for my dad’s birthday which was super fun and worked at Reading Festival.
THB: I went to play crazy golf at Junkyard Golf in shoreditch with my department at work and went to my spiritual home of Reading Festival!
Two things that were great this week?
JK: Working at Reading Festival was amazing and seeing the 1975 live again with lots of friends was an absolute highlight.
THB: Playing darts at flight club with Jess’s family to celebrate her Dad’s birthday was SO much fun, and seeing The 1975 perform the best headline set I have ever seen at Reading Festival was incredible! Honourable mention to seeing Jess absolutely owning it working for the press team at Reading Festival, I felt so proud and inspired seeing her in action.
Two challenges you faced?
JK: Time! Where does it go? And asking for help, it’s a daunting thing!
THB: Worrying about my Dad, and feeling like there aren’t enough hours in the day.
Two things to add to your to-do list next week?
JK: Get my chapter three draft complete and finish some marking I’ve been asked to do.
THB: Celebrate my birthday and play bass as much as possible!
